FIELD-PROVEN TOOLS AND METHODOLOGIES
Our tools are well-tested and have helped more than 200 companies succeed with automation projects.
Our team features specialists from a great variety of fields, enabling us to handle
every aspect of robot implementation, be it technical, legal, financial or organizational.
AUTOMATION ROADMAP TEMPLATE
We carry out a screening of your operations and calculate the expected benefits and risks
of automating specific processes. With broad technical knowledge, we identify our clients’ needs before
deciding on the solution. This means choosing automation projects that have a high, positive impact on
productivity, quality, working environment etc. and low risk as investments.
ORGANIZATIONAL READINESS ASSESSMENT TEMPLATE
The Organisational Readiness Assessment lays bare our clients’ robot readiness.
From board- and C-levels to the floor, we identify skill and competence levels – and construct training
plans to bridge technical and cultural gaps. This builds up the necessary motivation and competences
amongst employees and secures a solid foundation for robot implementations.
BUSINESS CASE CALCULATOR
Making a solid business case for automation requires insight into company processes and the
technology readiness of current solutions on the market. As independent advisors, we have a broad
market overview and can provide our clients with realistic estimates unaffected by supplier interests.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATION TEMPLATE
What exactly should the new technology be able to do? The Technical Requirement Specification
identifies and describes the needed features and capacity of the new solution. This way, our clients
acquire and pay for exactly what they need – neither more nor less.
STANDARD ROBOT CONTRACT TEMPLATE
The robot market can be difficult to navigate – and one of these challenges is for clients to make adequate demands of their suppliers. Our Legal & Procurement Advisors ensure our clients the best possible terms and conditions when acquiring robot technology. We know the standards for buying and selling robot technology, and we can hold suppliers responsible for proper implementation and service agreements.
VIRTUAL REALITY ASSESSMENT
With Remote Presence technology, we assess factories around the world from our office in Copenhagen. A suitcase with the needed equipment is shipped to the factory location, and a local responsible is instructed in giving a live tour of the production. VR goggles give our robotic advisors virtual presence with a live, 360 degree video, enabling them to interact with local operators and capture every detail. Virtual factory assessments eliminate travel expenses and allow us to keep automation initiatives going in times of global instability.
